Accessories, consumables and auxiliary tools available in the lab:
- Network equipment dedicated to the interconnection and management of the computing infrastructure, providing high-speed communication both within the cluster and with external networks through intra- and internet connectivity. The infrastructure enables efficient data transfer, distributed execution of computational tasks and secured access to computing resources.
- Workstations (computers) appropriately equipped for the control and management of computational processes, as well as for the visualization, processing, and analysis of results obtained from numerical simulations.
- Data storage systems (HDDs, SSDs, NAS devices, and external backup units) configured with RAID redundancy mechanisms to ensure data security, integrity, and availability.
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems designed to protect the computing infrastructure against voltage fluctuations and power outages, ensuring continuous electrical power and the safe operation of critical equipment.
- Climatization and monitoring systems designed to maintain optimal temperature and humidity conditions required for the safe and efficient operation of the computing infrastructure.
- Software licenses and specialized packages for computational modeling, numerical simulation, and advanced data analysis.
