Proposed Topics for Master’s Thesis Preparation
The proposed thesis topics are provided by the dissertation supervisors, members of the MDEO Center. The related research activities will be carried out within the center, making use of the available infrastructure and logistic resources. Master’s theses will be written in English.
Prof. PhD Eng. Habil. Vlad-Andrei ANTOHE
-
Preparation and Advanced Characterization of Quasi - Two-Dimensionally (2D) Confined Nanostructures: students will explore advanced methods for the fabrication and characterization of nanostcructures with axial symmetry, such as nanowires and nanotubes, including their potential integrability within electronic or optoelectronic devices.
- Synthesis of Thin Films Based on Inorganic Semiconducting Compounds by Electrochemical Means, for Solar Cell Applications: students will focus on the implementation of electrochemical processes for the fabrication of semiconducting thin films, particularly those based on A2-B6 chalcogenide compounds.
